Setup and Care

Getting Started:

Download the Anker app before first use to register the unit and access all charging modes including Ultra-Fast Mode, Storm Guard, and Time-of-Use scheduling. Connect the AC charging cable to a standard 13A socket; the default charge rate is 1,150W and Ultra-Fast Mode (1,600W) can be enabled within the app once registered.

Solar Setup:

Connect compatible solar panels (60V / 12.5A max, 400W max total) using the XT60/XT60i solar input port. Position panels to maximise direct sunlight exposure; the Anker app displays live solar input wattage to help you optimise panel positioning for the fastest possible charge.

UPS and Storm Guard:

For UPS use, connect the S2000 via AC and plug sensitive devices into its AC outlets; the 10ms switchover activates automatically during a mains outage. Enable Storm Guard in the Anker app and grant location permissions so the unit receives local severe weather alerts and begins fast charging automatically in advance of storms.

Storage and Maintenance:

Store the unit at approximately 50-80% charge in a dry location between 0°C and 40°C when not in regular use. LFP chemistry is tolerant of partial-state-of-charge storage; a full charge-discharge cycle every three to six months keeps the battery management system calibrated and maintains long-term capacity across the 6,000+ cycle rated life.
