The PGM7B5K90 offers five individually sized gas burners across a 75 cm frameless stainless steel surface. The left-of-centre WokBurner delivers 3.3 kW for high-heat cooking, while a 3.0 kW high-speed burner, two 1.75 kW standard burners, and a 1.0 kW economy burner cover everyday tasks. Total connected gas load is 10,800 W.

SafetyGasCutOff on every burner:

Each burner is fitted with Bosch's SafetyGasCutOff system, which cuts the gas supply automatically if a flame is extinguished - whether by a boil-over, a draught, or an accidental knock of the controls. This operates independently on all five zones without any manual reset required.

Continuous cast iron pan supports - dishwasher-safe:

The one-piece continuous cast iron pan supports span the full width of the hob, allowing pots and pans to slide freely between burners without lifting. Bosch has engineered the surface coating to resist corrosion, cracking, and discolouration in the dishwasher, so they can be cleaned alongside everyday crockery.

Sword knob controls and frameless stainless steel finish:

The raised-centre Sword knobs sit at the front of the hob for easy reach and give a firm, tactile adjustment feel when setting flame levels. The frameless stainless steel body fits flush into the worktop cutout, leaving a minimal edge profile that is straightforward to wipe clean. The hob is also BiomethaneReady, making it compatible with biomethane as an alternative to conventional natural gas.

Setup and Care

Installation:

The PGM7B5K90 requires a 560 mm wide x 480-490 mm deep cutout with a minimum worktop thickness of 20 mm. Electrical connection is hardwired (no plug supplied); a 100 cm cable is provided. Gas connection must be carried out by a registered Gas Safe engineer.

Gas conversion to LPG:

The hob is preset for natural gas (20/25 mbar) at the factory. To convert to LPG G30/31, use the nozzle kit supplied in the box. This conversion should be carried out by a qualified gas engineer in line with local regulations.

Cleaning the pan supports:

The continuous cast iron pan supports are dishwasher-safe. Place them on the bottom rack of your dishwasher. The surface coating is formulated to resist corrosion, cracking, and discolouration over repeated wash cycles.

Cleaning the hob surface:

Wipe the frameless stainless steel surface with a damp cloth after each use to prevent build-up. For heavier soiling, use a non-abrasive hob cleaner. Avoid steel wool or scouring pads, which can scratch the finish.
