The Candy CH64CCB is a 59cm built-in ceramic hob with 4 cooking zones, touch controls, and a residual heat indicator. Suitable for standard 60cm hob cutouts, it offers a flat, easy-clean glass surface and a 1,200W rear-left zone alongside a 1,800W front-right zone for everyday cooking tasks.

The CH64CCB gives you four independent ceramic cooking zones, with outputs ranging from 1,200W to 1,800W. Each zone heats quickly and holds a steady temperature, making it suitable for everything from rapid boiling to low, slow simmering. The flat black glass surface sits flush with most standard kitchen worktops.

Touch controls and safety features:

Setup and Care

Installation:

The CH64CCB fits a standard 560 x 490mm cut-out and requires hardwired connection by a qualified electrician. Ensure the cabinet below has adequate ventilation as specified in the installation guide. Always follow the manual instructions for correct sealing and fixing.

First use:

Wipe the glass surface with a damp cloth before first use to remove any manufacturing residue. Touch controls activate on light contact - familiarise yourself with the zone layout and heat settings before cooking. The child lock is activated and deactivated via a dedicated touch key.

Cleaning:

Allow the hob to cool fully before cleaning - check the residual heat indicator has gone out before wiping down. Use a soft cloth or sponge with a purpose-made ceramic hob cleaner for everyday cleaning. Avoid abrasive pads or harsh chemicals that could scratch or dull the glass surface.

Long-term care:

Wipe up spills promptly once the surface is cool to prevent residue from hardening onto the glass. Avoid dragging heavy pots across the surface, as this can cause micro-scratches over time. A ceramic hob scraper is useful for removing any dried-on food without damaging the glass.
