Setup and Care

Installation:

The FIDCN605 installs into a standard built-in cabinet with a 560 mm cut-out width and connects to a 13 Amp socket - no electrician is required for the connection itself. Follow the installation guide supplied in the box to ensure correct fitting and adequate ventilation around the appliance.

First use:

Before cooking any food, run the oven empty on a high heat setting for approximately 30 minutes to burn off any manufacturing residues. Wipe the interior with a damp cloth before and after this initial run.

Routine cleaning with Aquactiva:

Pour a small amount of water into the base of the oven cavity and activate the Aquactiva function to generate steam, which loosens grease and food deposits. Once the cycle completes and the oven has cooled, wipe the interior clean with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners on the black enamel interior.

Door and exterior care:

Wipe the exterior black finish and double-glazed door with a soft damp cloth after each use to prevent build-up. The telescopic guides can be removed periodically for cleaning; refer to the user manual for the correct removal procedure.
