Colour and protection in one coat:

Cuprinol Garden Shades in Sage is a water-based woodstain specially developed to colour and protect exterior garden wood for up to 6 years - three times the protection of a standard exterior wood treatment. Special pigments deliver a rich, opaque matte finish while allowing the natural texture of the wood grain to show through.

Wide surface coverage beyond wood:

As well as fences, sheds, summerhouses, and garden furniture, Garden Shades can be applied to terracotta, brick, and stone surfaces, making it a versatile choice for coordinating colour across the wider garden. It is not suitable for use on decking.

Safe and straightforward to use:

The formula is water-based with a VOC content of just 20 g/l, well within the EU regulatory limit of 130 g/l for this product category. Once fully dry, it is believed to be safe for use on wood that pets, wild animals, and birds come into contact with or gnaw. Apply by brush or sprayer in dry conditions above 5°C, with a minimum of two coats applied on the same day no more than 8 hours apart.
