Cuprinol 5 Year Ducksback uses a wax-enriched, water-repellent formula that forces moisture off the surface, giving rough sawn sheds, fences, trellises, and pergolas up to 5 years of colour and weatherproofing in a single product. The Delicate Pine shade sits within the green colour family and dries to a matt finish. Note that this product is not suitable for smooth planed wood, decking, or garden furniture.

Quick to apply and fast drying:

The non-drip formula goes on easily by brush or roller along the grain. It is showerproof in just 1 hour and fully dry between coats in 2 to 4 hours, so you can apply 2 to 3 coats in a single day when conditions allow. Do not apply in temperatures below 5°C.

Low odour and garden-safe:

The water-based formula produces minimal VOCs and is safe to use around plants and pets once dry. One 5-litre tin covers up to 24 m² in a single coat, which is equivalent to approximately 8 standard fence panels, making it practical for most domestic garden timber projects.
