The Magnifica Evo grinds whole beans immediately before each cup using its integrated conical burr grinder with 13 adjustable settings. This keeps coffee aroma intact right up to the moment of brewing, and the low-residue design means no stale grounds carry over into your next drink.

Seven drinks at the touch of a button:

The colour-coded touch panel gives one-touch access to seven recipes: Espresso, Coffee, Long, Doppio+, Cappuccino, Latte Macchiato, and MyLatte. Coffee strength and temperature can each be set across three levels, so you can adjust each drink to suit your taste.

LatteCrema Hot milk system:

The LatteCrema Hot carafe draws in milk automatically and delivers dense, creamy hot foam directly into the cup. It is compatible with both dairy and plant-based milks. After use, selecting the clean cycle flushes milk residues from the carafe automatically, so there is no manual disassembly required between drinks.

MyLatte - no leftover milk:

Pour the amount of milk you want into the carafe and press the MyLatte button. The machine detects the exact volume present and uses all of it, leaving nothing to store or discard. This is particularly useful when preparing a single serving of a milk-based drink.

Practical daily maintenance:

The brewing unit is removable from the front of the machine for rinsing. The drip tray grid is dishwasher-safe and anti-scratch. Programmable water hardness settings and an optional water filter help manage limescale over time, and the machine alerts you when descaling or a filter change is due.

Setup and Care

Getting started:

Fill the 1.8-litre water tank and 250 g bean hopper before first use. Use the supplied hardness test strip to check your local water hardness and enter the result via the machine settings - this allows the descaling alert to trigger at the correct interval for your area.

Daily use:

Select your drink from the touch panel and place your cup under the spout. For milk-based drinks, fill the LatteCrema Hot carafe with the amount of milk you need and connect it to the machine. Run the automatic carafe clean cycle after each milk-based drink to keep the system clear.

Cleaning the brewing unit:

Remove the brewing unit from the front of the machine and rinse under warm running water. The drip tray grid can be lifted out and placed in the dishwasher. Empty the grounds container when the indicator signals it is full - the machine holds approximately 14 portions before the container requires emptying.

Descaling and filter maintenance:

The machine displays a descaling alert when a cycle is due. Use a De'Longhi-compatible descaler and follow the on-screen instructions. If you fit the optional water softener filter, replace it according to the schedule in the instruction booklet.
