Setup and Care

Getting started:

Place the machine on a stable, flat surface with adequate clearance above the bean hopper lid for filling. Fill the water tank to the desired level, add whole beans to the 250g container, and select your grind setting before brewing your first cup. The soft-touch control panel guides you through initial setup with straightforward prompts.

Daily maintenance:

The drip tray and milk carafe are both removable for easy rinsing after use. The milk carafe can go in the dishwasher or be washed by hand, and can be stored in the fridge between uses to keep milk fresh. Wiping the exterior with a damp cloth after use keeps the grey and black finish in good condition.

Descaling and deep cleaning:

The machine signals when descaling is required, and the included EcoDecalk solution is compatible with all De'Longhi automatic machines. Running a descaling cycle as prompted helps maintain consistent water flow and brewing temperature over time. The brew group is accessible for periodic rinsing as part of the machine's self-maintenance routine.

Long-term care:
