Dulux AquaMax acts as both a primer and an undercoat in a single tin, cutting down the number of products you need on the job. Whether you are preparing bare softwood, hardwood, chipboard, or fibreboard, one coat of AquaMax gets the surface ready for your chosen topcoat.
Quick Drying, Low Odour Formula:
Being water-based, AquaMax has a trace VOC content and a noticeably low odour compared to solvent-based alternatives - useful when working indoors. It is touch dry in 1-2 hours and can be recoated in as little as 2-4 hours, keeping the job moving.
Coverage and Application:
This 2.5 litre tin covers up to 13m² per litre, giving a total spread of approximately 32.5m² per tin in normal conditions. It can be applied by brush, roller, or airless and conventional spray. Do not apply below 10°C or outdoors when rain is likely.
