15 Years of Exterior Protection:

Dulux Weathershield Smooth Masonry Paint in Sandstone delivers up to 15 years of protection when two coats are applied correctly, backed by BBA Certificate 97/3383. The high-performance acrylic latex formula offers excellent colour retention and superior flexibility, making it resilient to cracking and flaking on exposed exterior surfaces.

Anti-Fade Technology and Stay Clean Formula:

The paint incorporates Anti-fade technology for longer lasting colour, alongside Stay Clean technology that protects against dirt and mould growth within the paint film. A new and improved Slow Release Biocide actively inhibits the growth of mould and algae within the paint film, helping walls stay cleaner for longer between repaints.

Micro-Porous and Breathable Paint Film:

The Micro-Porous Breathable Paint Film allows moisture and air to be released from the wall while preventing rain from penetrating and causing damage. The flexible film covers minor imperfections including hairline cracks, and the paint is suitable for use on brick, concrete, pebble-dash, and render surfaces. Do not use on common or Fletton bricks.

Coverage and Application:

At 16 sq metres per litre, a 10-litre tin covers up to 160 sq metres in a single coat, making it well suited to larger exterior projects. The paint can be applied by brush, roller, airless spray, or conventional spray, and is touch dry in just 30 minutes. Apply only in dry conditions above 10°C and when bad weather is not forecast.
