Setup and Care

Getting started:

Mount the Wall Dok™ at a convenient height using the fixings provided - the machine clips securely into the dock for charging and storage. The charger can also be used independently of the Wall Dok™ if a wall mount is not suitable for your space. Charge fully before first use; the LCD screen displays battery status throughout.

Changing cleaner heads and attachments:

All cleaner heads and tools click on and off without tools - press the release button at the wand connection point to swap between the Laser Slim Fluffy™ head for hard floors and the Digital Motorbar™ head for carpet. The wand clip keeps additional tools close at hand during use.

Emptying the bin:

Point the machine over a bin and press the red bin release lever to open the base - dust falls directly in with minimal contact. The 0.77-litre bin capacity is sufficient for most room-by-room cleaning sessions before emptying is required.

Filter maintenance:

The LCD screen alerts you when the filter requires washing. Remove the filter from the top of the machine, rinse under cold running water until the water runs clear, and leave to dry fully in a warm place for at least 24 hours before refitting - do not use a tumble dryer or microwave. Washing the filter monthly keeps suction performance and filtration at their best.
