The WINBOT W2S OMNI uses TruEdge Technology to detect window edges and lower its high-speed scrubbing pads to within 1mm of the frame. Running at up to 200 RPM, the TruEdge scrubber works alongside Quad-Edge Cleaning Mode to deliver full 1.1cm edge-to-edge precision, reducing the missed corners that are common with standard window robots.

Cordless freedom and continuous wired operation:

Cordless Mode gives you 110 minutes of untethered cleaning per charge, making it practical for balconies and areas without a nearby power outlet. Switch to Wired Mode via the portable OMNI Station for non-stop coverage on larger window installations, with the 5-metre composite safety cable managing both power and fall protection in one line.

The upgraded 3-nozzle Wide-Angle Spray Atomization Technology increases water pressure by 100% and spray duration by 90% compared to the previous generation. The W2S OMNI operates with 8,000 Pa suction to hold the unit firmly to the glass, supported by auto air pressure compensation and an optocoupler edge sensor with a 0.2-second response time. Even at low battery, the unit remains attached to the window for over 30 minutes, and the OMNI Station provides over 800N of suction force as an additional anti-drop measure. The composite cable has a tensile strength of up to 100 kg.

Portable OMNI Station - 6-in-1 storage and docking:

The OMNI Station acts as battery pack, automatic cable manager, spare pad storage, cleaning fluid holder, and portable carry case in one unit. It weighs approximately 5.2 kg and stores the robot, the 230ml bottle of window cleaning fluid, and two cleaning cloths, keeping all components together between uses.

Setup and Care

Getting started:

Download the ECOVACS HOME App before first use to register the device and configure your preferred cleaning mode. Attach the composite cable to the OMNI Station and secure the safety anchor point before placing the robot on the window. The robot auto-calibrates its suction hold before beginning its cleaning path.

Choosing your cleaning mode:

Select from six modes via the ECOVACS HOME App depending on the condition and size of the glass. Use Heavy-Duty Cleaning or Deep Cleaning for windows with dried-on marks, and Fast Cleaning or Zone Cleaning for routine maintenance. Wired Mode is recommended for floor-to-ceiling installations or multi-window sessions exceeding 110 minutes.

Cleaning fluid and pad care:

Fill the 80ml water tank with clean water and a small amount of the included window cleaning fluid before each session. Remove and rinse the cleaning cloths after use; allow them to dry fully before returning them to the OMNI Station storage compartment. Replacement pads are available separately from Ecovacs.

Storage:

The OMNI Station is designed to store the robot unit, spare pads, cleaning fluid, and cable together in one portable unit between sessions. Keep the station and robot away from direct moisture exposure and store at room temperature when not in use.
