The Eufy 4G LTE Cam S330 (model T86P2321) is a 4G outdoor security camera built for locations where Wi-Fi is unreliable or simply not available. It connects directly to 4G LTE mobile networks using the included nano SIM card, so it works on farms, remote sites, outbuildings, and off-grid properties just as reliably as it does at a home with broadband. The Dual-Mode system automatically switches between Wi-Fi and 4G so that coverage is maintained even if one connection drops.

Forever Power - solar and battery combined:

The camera's Forever Power system pairs a 9,400 mAh built-in rechargeable battery with a dedicated solar panel. Just 2 hours of daily sunlight is enough to keep it running continuously, and in good conditions the solar panel stores approximately 1,400 mAh per day while the camera uses around 460 mAh over a full 24-hour period. Without any solar input at all, the battery reserve lasts approximately one month. A USB-C port is also provided for direct charging when needed.

Setup and Care

Choosing the right location:

Mount the camera where the solar panel will receive at least 2 hours of direct sunlight each day. The pole mounting strap and bracket allow fitting to walls, posts, or fences without drilling in many cases. Position the camera to cover your intended viewing area, bearing in mind the 340° pan and 70° tilt give considerable flexibility to adjust the viewing angle after installation.

Inserting the SIM card and microSD card:

The nano SIM card and 32 GB microSD card are both included. Insert the SIM into the SIM slot before powering on. The microSD card slot accepts cards up to 128 GB if you wish to upgrade capacity. Both slots are accessible via the sealed compartment on the camera body; reseal firmly after insertion to maintain the IP65 weather rating.

Connecting to the eufy Security app:

Download the eufy Security app on iOS or Android and follow the in-app setup steps to connect the camera to your account. The app allows you to configure motion detection sensitivity, AI tracking, alert notifications, pan and tilt presets, and live view. If you have a HomeBase S380, connect the camera via Wi-Fi in the app to enable BionicMind AI features.

Keeping the camera in good condition:

Wipe the camera housing and solar panel surface with a soft, dry cloth periodically to remove dust or debris that could reduce solar charging efficiency. The USB-C port can be used to top up the battery during extended overcast periods. The camera is rated IP65 and designed for permanent outdoor installation, so no additional weatherproofing is required.
