Setup and Care

Getting started:

Charge each pump unit fully using the included USB-C cable before first use - a 5V/2A or higher adapter is recommended for reliable charging. Download the free eufy Baby App and connect via Bluetooth to access the full range of modes and rhythm presets.

Fitting and sizing:

The 24 mm flanges are included in the box; 17 mm, 19 mm, and 21 mm sizing inserts are also included to help you find the most comfortable fit. Use the included Nipple Measurement Card to identify your correct size before your first session. A 27 mm flange is available separately if required.

Cleaning after use:

All skin-contact components are made from BPA-free, food-grade materials and can be separated for cleaning after each session. Use the included cleaning brush for the flanges, valves, and collection cups. Follow the eufy cleaning guide for recommended sterilisation intervals.

Storage and charging habits:

Store the pump units in the dust covers provided when not in use to protect the flanges and valves. Charge via USB-C between sessions to maintain consistent battery life across 4-6 pumping sessions per charge. Note that the E20 does not operate while plugged in, so allow adequate charge time before use.
