Central hub for your eufy security system:

The Eufy HomeBase 3 (S380) is the control centre for your eufy camera and sensor network, connecting up to 16 devices and 34 sensors in a single system. Compatible with all eufyCam models, eufy Battery Doorbells (except E8213), and eufy Sensors, it gives you a unified view of your property without the need for multiple apps or separate hubs. A Gigabit Ethernet port keeps the connection stable and fast.

BionicMind AI that learns your household:

The HomeBase 3 runs eufy's BionicMind AI, which uses a self-learning algorithm to distinguish between familiar faces and unfamiliar visitors, with face recognition accuracy quoted at 99.9%. It also detects humans, vehicles, and pets, so you receive relevant alerts rather than constant notifications. Daily Security Briefings give you a summary of activity from the previous 24 hours.

Local storage with no monthly fees:

Footage is stored locally on 16GB of built-in eMMC memory, which can be expanded up to 16TB by fitting a 2.5-inch HDD or SSD (sold separately) into the integrated SATA port. All recordings are encrypted using AES-256-GCM and ECC-256 standards, keeping your footage on your own hardware rather than in a third-party cloud. There are no monthly subscription fees for local storage.

Built-in siren and battery backup:

A 100dB alarm siren is built into the HomeBase 3 and can be triggered automatically when connected cameras detect an intruder. A built-in battery backup keeps the hub operational during a power cut, maintaining your security coverage without interruption.

Setup and Care

Getting started:

Connect the HomeBase 3 to your router using the supplied Ethernet cable and plug in the power adapter. Download the eufy Security app, create or log into your account, and follow the in-app instructions to add the HomeBase 3 to your home. Once connected, you can pair compatible eufy cameras and sensors directly through the app.

Expanding your storage:

To add a hard drive, open the storage bay and fit a compatible 2.5-inch SATA HDD or SSD (sold separately, up to 16TB). The HomeBase 3 will recognise the drive automatically once it is connected and the hub is powered on. Always power down the device before inserting or removing a storage drive.

Keeping the device in good condition:

Wipe the exterior with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. Position the HomeBase 3 indoors in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight or heat sources. Do not expose the unit to moisture.

Firmware and app updates:

The eufy Security app will notify you when firmware updates are available for the HomeBase 3. Keeping the firmware current ensures compatibility with the latest eufy cameras and sensors and maintains system performance.
