A capable robot vacuum and mop for busy floors:

The eufy C28 Omni - model T211AV10 - is a robot vacuum and mop that handles both hard floors and carpet in a single pass. With 15,000 Pa of suction power and BoostIQ automatic carpet boost, it picks up fine dust, debris, and pet hair across multiple floor types. Eufy lists the robot at 110.5 mm high and 326.9 mm wide, so measure under sofas and beds to check it will pass beneath them.

HydroJet™ Self-Cleaning Roller Mop:

The HydroJet™ roller mop spins at 270 RPM and applies 1 kg of downward pressure to scrub hard floors effectively. Twenty-five water jets keep the mop pad clean in real-time during the cleaning run, so the mop is not simply redistributing dirt as it works. When the robot returns to its base, the Omni Station washes the mop head automatically.

5-in-1 Omni Station - hands-free between cleans:

The Omni Station carries out five tasks without any manual input: it empties the robot's onboard dustbin into a 3-litre bag, washes and hot-air dries the roller mop at 35-50°C, refills the robot's clean water tank, and collects waste water into a 2.2-litre dirty water tank. The 3-litre dust bag holds up to 75 days of collected debris before it needs changing.

iPath™ 2.0 Smart Navigation:

iPath™ 2.0 uses LiDAR (laser distance sensing) to map your home quickly and accurately, plotting efficient cleaning paths across single and multi-room layouts. The robot avoids obstacles and navigates in low-light conditions, and can clear obstacles up to approximately 20 mm in height. You can set no-go zones, schedule cleans, and monitor progress through the eufy Clean app on iOS or Android, with Alexa and Google Home voice control also supported.

DuoSpiral™ Anti-Tangle Brush:

The DuoSpiral™ roller brush is designed to handle hair up to 30 cm in length without wrapping around the axle. Combined with the CornerRover™ extendable side brush arm, the C28A reaches debris along skirting boards and into corners that a straight side brush can miss.

Runtime and charging:

In standard vacuuming mode, the C28A runs for up to 231 minutes on a full charge. In combined vacuum-and-mop mode, runtime is up to 123 minutes in standard mode. The built-in 5,200 mAh lithium-ion battery charges fully in approximately 3.5 hours. When battery runs low mid-clean, the robot returns to the station to charge and then resumes where it left off.

Setup and Care

Getting started:

Place the Omni Station on a flat, hard surface with at least 0.5 m of clearance on each side and 1.5 m in front. Connect the station to mains power using the 1.5 m cord, fill the clean water tank, and follow the eufy Clean app setup steps to connect to your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. Run a test clean so the robot can map your home before scheduling automated sessions.

Routine maintenance:

The Omni Station washes and dries the mop head automatically after each clean. Check the 2.2-litre dirty water tank regularly and empty it when indicated in the app. The 3-litre dust bag typically lasts up to 75 days; replace it when the station signals it is full. Rinse the robot's onboard filters under running water every two to four weeks and allow them to dry fully before refitting.

Brush and roller care:

The DuoSpiral™ roller brush is designed to reduce tangling, but it benefits from a quick check every few weeks. Remove the brush cover, lift out the roller, and use a cleaning tool to clear any accumulated fibres from the end caps. The side brushes can be detached and rinsed if they collect sticky debris. Spare roller mops, brushes, and filters are available as eufy accessories.

Storage and long-term care:

Store the robot docked on the Omni Station between uses so the battery stays topped up and the station can maintain mop hygiene. If the unit is to be stored for an extended period, empty both the clean and dirty water tanks fully to prevent residual moisture building up inside. Keep the LiDAR sensor lens on top of the robot free from dust by wiping it gently with a dry, soft cloth.
