The Eufy RoboVac G50 Hybrid is a 2-in-1 robot vacuum cleaner and mop that tackles both dust and light spills in one run. The 200 ml water tank attaches to the underside of the unit and delivers a controlled, steady flow across hard floors, with three adjustable flow levels to suit different surfaces. Remove the mop holder before placing the unit on carpet and it reverts to a standard vacuum.

Setup and Care

Getting started:

Place the charging dock on a flat surface against a wall with at least 0.5 m of clear space on either side and 1.5 m in front. Connect the power adapter, place the G50 Hybrid on the dock to charge fully before first use, then download the EufyHome app and connect via your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network to complete setup.

Daily use:

Attach the water tank and mop pad before use on hard floors, and remove them before placing the unit on carpet. Fill the water tank to the indicated level only. Press the start button or use the EufyHome app to begin a cleaning cycle, and ensure the charging dock remains accessible so the unit can return automatically when the cycle is complete.

Cleaning the unit:

Empty the dust bin after each use by sliding it out from the rear of the unit and tapping the contents into a bin. Remove the roller brush regularly and use the supplied cleaning tool to clear any remaining debris. Rinse the mop pad after each mopping session and allow it to dry fully before storing.

Filter and brush care:

Tap the filter gently over a bin to remove dust after every few uses, and replace it every 2 to 3 months depending on usage. Check the side brushes periodically and replace them when the bristles show signs of wear to maintain consistent edge cleaning performance.
