Dual-Band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Auto-Pairing:

This chime supports both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi bands, which helps reduce network congestion and provides a more stable connection than single-band chime accessories. Initial setup uses Bluetooth Auto-Pairing and auto-discovery, allowing the unit to connect to your home network without manual configuration steps.

Ten Chime Tones to Choose From:

Ten pre-installed chime tones are available and can be selected through the eufy Security app under Ringtone Settings. This gives you flexibility to choose a tone that suits your household without needing to download additional content or pay for extras.

Network and Compatibility Requirements:

The Simple Chime is compatible with the eufy Video Doorbell S4, S330, E340, C30, and C31 as standalone units. The Video Doorbell S220, C210, and Battery Doorbell 1080p are supported when used with HomeBase 2 or HomeBase S380. The chime is not compatible with wired eufy doorbell models including the 2K Wired, 2K Pro Wired, 1080p Wired, or S330 Wired. Note that only the C30, C31, and E340 doorbells support pairing with the Simple Chime across different networks; all other compatible models require the doorbell, chime, and HomeBase to share the same local Wi-Fi network.
