Fleetwood Ultra Tough Oxide Metal Paint is a solvent-borne protective finish formulated for both interior and exterior use. The semi-gloss, oil-based formula delivers excellent opacity and strong weather resistance, making it well suited to galvanised and primed metal, corrugated ironwork, steel roofing, and agricultural structures. With a gloss reading of 65 and 1-2 coats required, this paint provides a consistent, hard-wearing finish that resists fading and staining over the long term.

Anti-corrosive protection and wide coverage:

The oxide formulation actively protects metal surfaces from rust and corrosion, which is especially important on gates, sheds, and farm buildings that face year-round exposure to the elements. Each litre covers up to 12m², so a 2.5-litre tin will cover approximately 30m² of prepared metal surface. The paint is touch-dry in 5-6 hours and can be recoated after 1 day, reaching a full hard dry at 48 hours.

Straightforward to apply and clean up:

Apply by brush or roller to clean, primed, or galvanised metal surfaces. Thin and clean tools with white spirit. Store in cool, dry conditions between uses. This tin contains 2.5 litres of paint in Black, a popular colour for gates and railings across agricultural and domestic settings.
