The Permacryl Technology at the heart of this paint delivers a high-performance acrylic finish that resists cracking, peeling, and flaking, even through prolonged wet periods and UV exposure.

The Triple Lock Protection system forms a robust barrier against the elements, shielding exterior masonry from moisture, UV damage, and microbial attack. Coating integrity of up to 18 years is backed by the manufacturer, making this one of the longer-lasting options available for exterior walls in the Irish market.
Anti-Mould and Fade-Resistant Formula:
An advanced slow-releasing biocide actively resists the growth of mould, algae, and moss on treated surfaces. High-performance polymers and durable pigments provide strong resistance against chalking and colour fade, keeping the Brookview finish looking fresh across multiple seasons without the need for frequent repainting.
Coverage and Application:
At approximately 12m² per litre on smooth render, a single 10-litre container covers up to 120m² in favourable conditions. On more porous or textured substrates such as pebbledash, coverage will typically be 40-60m² per 10 litres. The paint can be thinned at 1 part water to 10 parts paint for use as a surface primer or sealer on new or bare masonry. Touch dry in approximately 30 minutes; recoat after 2-4 hours; fully cured after 7-10 days. Clean brushes and equipment with soapy water.
