A Smart Band Without a Screen:

The Garmin CIRQA is Garmin's first screen-free smart band, designed to track your health and training data without the distraction of a display. All your metrics - heart rate, sleep, stress, Body Battery™ energy levels, and more - are available through the free Garmin Connect app on your paired smartphone.

Up to 10 Days of Battery Life:

The built-in rechargeable lithium-ion battery delivers up to 10 days of use on a single charge, with a full charge taking up to 90 minutes. A double-tap on the single side button checks battery status via the LED indicator, so you always know where you stand without opening the app.

Training Readiness and Performance Metrics:

The CIRQA gives you access to Garmin's full training stack, including Training Readiness, Training Status, HRV Status, VO2 Max estimates, and Acute Load. Training Readiness draws from your sleep quality, heart rate variability, stress levels, and recent training load to deliver a daily score that helps you decide how hard to push each day.

Advanced Sleep Tracking:

The CIRQA tracks sleep stages, delivers a sleep score, and includes personalised sleep coaching via Garmin Connect. The Smart Wake haptic alarm wakes you at the optimal lighter sleep stage within a window you set, and nap tracking is also included.

24/7 Health Monitoring:

The Elevate Gen. 4 optical heart rate and Pulse Ox sensor monitors your heart rate and blood oxygen saturation continuously. The CIRQA also tracks skin temperature during sleep, which improves menstrual cycle predictions and adds past ovulation estimates for women. Stress tracking, Health Status, and Natural Cycles° integration (Natural Cycles subscription required separately) round out the health monitoring features.

Wrist or Upper Arm Wear:

The CIRQA comes with a 24 mm fabric ComfortFit band using a hook-and-loop fastening system and fits via a 14 mm quick-release pin for switching between the included wrist and arm bands. The L/XL size fits wrist circumferences of 145 to 240 mm. The fabric band is machine washable on a gentle cycle at up to 40°C with the module removed, then air dried.

No Subscription Required:

Core features - sleep tracking, Body Battery, heart rate monitoring, stress tracking, and training metrics - are all available at no extra cost through the free Garmin Connect app. An optional Garmin Connect+ subscription unlocks additional coaching and advanced guided workout features for those who want them.

Setup and Care

Getting Started:

Download the free Garmin Connect app on your smartphone, create or log in to your Garmin account, and follow the in-app pairing instructions via Bluetooth. Once paired, the CIRQA begins tracking your health data automatically and syncs to the app whenever your phone is nearby.

Charging:

Attach the proprietary 4-pin charging connector to the back of the module and connect the USB-C end to a compatible power source. A full charge takes up to 90 minutes. Charge in temperatures between 0° and 45°C for best results.

Cleaning the Band:

Remove the module from the band using the 14 mm quick-release pin before washing. The fabric ComfortFit band is machine washable on a gentle cycle using warm water up to 40°C. Allow the band to air dry fully before reattaching the module.

Wearing the CIRQA:

The CIRQA can be worn on the wrist or the upper arm using the interchangeable bands provided. For accurate heart rate and skin temperature readings during sleep, wear the band snugly against the skin. The band is rated to 5 ATM and can be worn during swimming without removing the module.
