The Garmin CIRQA weighs just 21.2 g on the wrist and uses a soft ComfortFit woven nylon band that stretches to fit wrists from 145 to 240 mm. The module measures 27 x 47 x 9 mm, keeping the profile low enough to wear comfortably overnight without disturbing sleep.

No screen, no distraction, no subscription:

Unlike many wearables, the CIRQA has no display. Health and activity data is collected continuously and reviewed later in the free Garmin Connect app on your phone. There is no mandatory subscription - the core feature set including Body Battery™ energy monitoring, stress tracking, Pulse Ox blood oxygen, and HRV Status is available from day one at no extra cost.

Ten days of battery life with round-the-clock monitoring:

The CIRQA delivers up to 10 days of battery life while running continuous heart rate monitoring, sleep tracking, and automatic activity detection. A full charge takes up to 90 minutes via the included Garmin proprietary charging cable. The charging temperature range is 0°C to 45°C, and the band is rated to 50 metres water resistance, making it suitable for pool swimming.

Advanced sleep and health metrics:

Sleep tracking on the CIRQA records sleep stages, nap detection, breathing variations, and skin temperature, and generates a daily Sleep Score with personalised coaching through Garmin Connect. The Elevate Gen 4 optical heart rate sensor captures continuous heart rate and HRV Status, while the Smart Wake alarm uses haptic vibration timed to lighter sleep stages so you wake more gently. Menstrual cycle and pregnancy tracking are also built in, with optional sync to the FDA-cleared Natural Cycles birth control app.

80+ activities tracked automatically:

The CIRQA detects a wide range of activities automatically - running, cycling, yoga, swimming, and more across 80+ sports profiles. Activities can be confirmed or edited in the Garmin Connect app after the fact. For outdoor pace and distance, the band uses connected GPS from a paired smartphone. Setup and Care

Getting started:

Download the free Garmin Connect app on your iPhone or Android phone. Pair the CIRQA via Bluetooth during setup - the app will guide you through the process step by step. Once paired, the band begins collecting health data automatically.

Wearing the band:

The CIRQA can be worn on the wrist or as an upper arm band depending on the activity. For the most accurate heart rate and sleep data, wear it snugly on the inside of the wrist with the module sitting against the skin. The L/XL band fits wrists with a circumference of 145 to 240 mm.

Charging:

Charge the CIRQA using the included Garmin proprietary cable. A full charge takes up to 90 minutes in an environment between 0°C and 45°C. To preserve battery, Battery Saver mode is available in the settings, though this will reduce active monitoring while enabled.

Cleaning and care:

Remove the module from the band before washing. The ComfortFit woven nylon band can be machine washed on a gentle cycle at up to 40°C. Wipe the module and charging contacts with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid submerging the module beyond 50 metres and avoid exposure to harsh cleaning agents or solvents.
