The Auto Dosing system on this Hisense freestanding washing machine measures the weight of each load and automatically dispenses the correct amount of detergent and softener. The reservoir holds enough for up to 24 washes, so you can go approximately a month without refilling. This removes the guesswork from dosing and helps reduce detergent waste.

Steam Wash and hygiene programmes:

The Steam Wash function releases high-temperature steam from the base of the drum, penetrating fabric fibres thoroughly. The dedicated Antiallergy programme and Hygiene Guard function, which includes a Jet Wash for door and bellows cleaning, support hygiene maintenance between service washes.

Setup and Care

Installation:

Position the machine on a firm, level floor. Connect the supplied inlet hose to a cold water feed and route the drain hose to a standpipe or sink. Remove all transit bolts before first use - these are located at the rear of the machine and the manual shows their positions clearly.

First use:

Run an empty Drum Clean cycle before your first wash to rinse through the drum and dispensers. Fill the Auto Dosing reservoir with your chosen liquid detergent and softener, then set the concentration level in the ConnectLife app or on the machine display to allow accurate dosing from the first cycle.

Routine care:

Run the Drum Clean programme regularly to keep the drum fresh. Use the Jet Wash function within Hygiene Guard to clean the door seal and bellows. Wipe the dispensers and door glass with a damp cloth after use.

Filter and pump maintenance:

Check and clean the pump filter every few months, particularly if drainage slows. The filter is located behind the small access panel at the front base of the machine. Place a shallow tray beneath it before opening to catch residual water.
