Jeyes Fluid has been used for outdoor cleaning and disinfection since 1877, making it one of the longest-established products of its kind available. The Classic Formula is a concentrated phenolic disinfectant that kills 99.9% of bacteria and enveloped viruses, including coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 and the H5N1 avian influenza virus, and is DEFRA approved against avian influenza.

Highly concentrated and cost-effective:

One 5 litre tin goes a long way when diluted correctly. At a 20:1 ratio it produces up to 100 litres of patio cleaning solution; diluted further it yields 715 litres for greenhouse use and up to 2,500 litres for cleaning garden tools. This makes it one of the more economical outdoor disinfectants available per litre of usable solution.

Jeyes Fluid is suitable for paths, patios, decking, drains, plant pots, seed trays, hanging baskets, and greenhouses. It also hygienically cleans and deodorises animal housing including kennels, hutches, stables, chicken coops, and pigeon lofts. It is formulated for outdoor use only and should not be used inside the home.
