Coverage and application:

At 12 m² per litre, this 250 ml tin will cover up to 3 m² depending on the porosity of the surface. The paint is water-based and touch dry within 2 hours, making it a practical one-day DIY job. A minimum of three coats is recommended - the more coats applied, the stronger the magnetic effect achieved.

Getting the most from the magnetic finish:

For the best magnetic performance, Johnstones recommend using a good quality strong magnet such as a Neodymium magnet once the surface is fully cured. Do not apply in temperatures below 10°C or in damp conditions. This paint is for interior use only and is not suitable for exterior surfaces.
