Setup and Care

Getting Started:

Attach the stand using the included screws before placing the TV on your chosen surface, ensuring the ventilation areas around the set remain unobstructed. The AI Magic Remote pairs automatically on first power-up, and the webOS 26 setup wizard guides you through Wi-Fi, account login, and streaming app installation in a few minutes.

Wall Mounting:

The 43QNED72B6B is compatible with VESA 300 x 200 mm wall brackets. Use a bracket rated for at least 6.5 kg and follow the bracket manufacturer's fitting instructions, ensuring fixings are secured into solid wall material or structural timber.

Connectivity Tips:

Connect your primary device, such as a games console or soundbar with eARC, to HDMI 2 to make use of the eARC audio return channel. For the most reliable streaming performance, connect via Ethernet using the LAN port rather than Wi-Fi where possible.

Screen Care:

Clean the screen using a soft, dry microfibre cloth, wiping gently in one direction to avoid scratching. Always power the TV off and allow it to cool before cleaning, and avoid applying any liquid directly to the panel or rear vents.
