HepaFlo bags and TriTex filtration:

The HVR200 uses Numatic's HepaFlo dust bags, which hold up to 6 litres of debris inside the 9-litre drum before needing a change. Each bag features the HepaFlo self-seal tab, which locks dust inside the moment you remove the bag - keeping your hands clean and preventing any material from escaping back into the air. The TriTex filter works alongside the bag to capture fine particles before air is exhausted from the machine.

Designed for extended cleaning sessions:

The HVR200 comes with a 10m mains cable and a spring-assisted cable rewind, giving a cleaning range of 26.4m without needing to hunt for another socket. The FloMax hose stretches to 2m, and the two stainless steel extension tubes keep the reach consistent across different floor levels.

A full accessory kit included:

The Henry HVR200 ships with a practical selection of Numatic-branded tools: an AiroBrush turbo brush for carpets, a Combi Floor Tool for combined carpet and hard floor cleaning, and a Hard Floor Tool for smooth surfaces. Setup and Care

Getting started:

Attach the FloMax hose to the front port of the machine until it clicks securely into place. Assemble the stainless steel extension tubes and connect your chosen floor tool before switching on. The HVR200 is ready to use straight from the box, with a HepaFlo bag already fitted.

Checking and replacing the bag:

Lift the lid to check the HepaFlo bag regularly - replacing it before it becomes fully packed keeps suction consistent throughout your clean. When removing a used bag, press the HepaFlo self-seal tab to lock dust inside before lifting it clear, then drop a fresh bag into position and close the lid.

Keeping the filter clean:

The TriTex filter sits behind the bag and can be tapped clean or replaced when airflow reduces noticeably. Checking the filter at the same time as the bag adds only a moment to your routine and helps maintain consistent performance over time.

Storing the machine:

Use the spring-assisted cable rewind to retract the full 10m cable neatly after each session. Attach tools to the wand docking points on the machine body so everything stays together and ready for next time. Store upright in a dry indoor location.
