What POLYTROL® Does:

POLYTROL® is a silicone-free, deep penetrating oil that restores the original colour and appearance of surfaces dulled by sunlight, rain, and weathering. Rather than sitting on top of a surface like a wax or polish, it works by re-wetting the pigments from within, producing a long-lasting result that will not peel or flake.

Surfaces It Works On:

POLYTROL® is suitable for use on plastics, gelcoats, GRP (fibreglass), metal, painted or varnished surfaces, stone, tiles, and bricks - both indoors and outdoors. It is widely used on boat hulls, car bumpers, garden furniture, fascias, and metalwork. Do not apply to white surfaces, as POLYTROL® works by restoring existing pigments and will not produce a result on surfaces with no colour pigment present.

How to Apply:

Apply using a soft brush or rag - use fine wire wool for metal surfaces. Work the product into the surface and leave for 10 to 20 minutes before wiping off any excess. Allow 24 hours before the surface is put back into use. Application should be carried out at temperatures between +5°C and +35°C. Clean tools with white spirits after use. Note: rags and steel wool soaked in POLYTROL® must be saturated with water before disposal to prevent any fire risk.
