Setup and Care

Positioning:

Place the microwave on a flat, stable worktop with adequate clearance around the sides and rear for ventilation. Check the Panasonic quick start guide for minimum clearance distances before positioning on a shelf or inside a cabinet.

First use:

Install the glass turntable before first use, ensuring it sits correctly on the turntable ring. Set the clock using the touch panel controls, then run a short test programme with a cup of water to confirm everything is working correctly.

Cleaning the interior:

The painted grey interior and glass turntable can be wiped down with a damp cloth after each use to prevent food build-up. Remove the glass tray and wash it separately in warm soapy water; allow it to cool fully before placing it back in the microwave.

Cleaning the exterior:

The flat touch panel and mirror-finish door can be wiped clean with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, which can scratch the mirror surface.
