Boiling, hot, and cold water from one tap:

The Quooker PRO3 Flex Round replaces a standard kitchen mixer tap and a kettle in one installation. Turn the handle for regular hot and cold water, or use the childproof double push-and-turn mechanism to dispense 100°C boiling water on demand. The included PRO3 tank sits under the sink and holds 3 litres of boiling water, enough for the majority of household tasks from brewing tea and making cafetière coffee to blanching vegetables and sterilising baby bottles.

Flexible pull-out hose with boiling water stop:

The Flex is the only Quooker tap fitted with a pull-out flexible hose, giving directed water flow for rinsing dishes, filling tall pots, and cleaning the sink. A built-in boiling water stop automatically prevents 100°C water from dispensing when the hose is pulled out, so there is no risk of accidental scalding during everyday use. The hose retracts smoothly via a counterweight housed in the cupboard below.

Childproof handle and safety features:

Boiling water requires a deliberate double push-and-turn of the handle, a crenellated grip that is easy to recognise by touch. A red light ring illuminates when boiling water mode is active, and the insulated spout ensures the tap body never feels hot. The boiling water itself flows as a fine aerated spray rather than a solid jet, giving time to move hands clear and reducing splash risk.

Patinated brass finish:

The patinated brass finish develops a natural patina through oxidation and daily use, creating a warm, aged character that is unique to each tap. The surface colour shifts gradually over time, with lighter and darker tones forming wherever the brass is handled. A light application of beeswax from time to time protects the finish and allows the patina to develop without losing its subtle sheen. This finish pairs well with darker cabinetry, warm timber, and natural stone worktops.

PRO3 tank and energy efficiency:

The PRO3 tank uses patented high-vacuum insulation to keep 3 litres of water at 100°C with a standby power consumption of just 10 watts, roughly 3 cent per day. From cold, the tank heats to full temperature in approximately 10 minutes. A built-in HiTAC activated carbon filter improves the taste of the boiling water and lasts up to 5 years before replacement. Adding an optional Quooker CUBE alongside the tank provides chilled filtered and sparkling water from the same tap via a two-click collar control.

Setup and Care

Installation requirements:

The Quooker PRO3 Flex requires a 32 mm tap hole in the worktop or sink, a cold water supply within 500 mm, a 13 amp power socket under the counter, and access to a waste pipe. The PRO3 tank needs 400 mm of vertical clearance and 150 mm of width. The Flex hose counterweight requires a cupboard space of at least 500 mm deep by 200 mm wide to move freely. Professional installation by a qualified plumber is recommended.

Daily use:

For hot and cold water, use the handle as a standard mixer tap. For boiling water, press the handle down twice and turn it to activate the 100°C flow. The red light ring confirms boiling mode is active. The pull-out hose can be used freely for hot and cold water but will not dispense boiling water when extended.

Maintaining the patinated brass finish:

The patina develops naturally through oxidation and handling. To protect the finish and guide the patina's development, apply a thin layer of beeswax periodically. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, which can damage the surface. A soft damp cloth is sufficient for regular cleaning.

Filter and tank maintenance:
