Setup and Care

Getting started:

Fill the removable 1.2L water tank at the tap before first use and seat it securely in the base unit. Allow approximately 2 minutes for the iron to reach operating temperature before starting.

Selecting the right settings:

Use the variable temperature and steam controls to match the setting to the fabric care label - lower heat for synthetics, higher heat and full steam for cotton and linen. The 210g/min boost function is best reserved for thicker creases rather than continuous use.

Keeping it clean:

Run the auto-clean function periodically to flush residue from the steam chamber - this is best done over a sink with the iron held horizontally. The anti-calc system handles routine limescale reduction, but using filtered or softened water in hard-water areas will extend the interval between cleans.

Storage:

Allow the iron to cool fully before storing. Empty any remaining water from the tank after each use to prevent stale water residue building up inside the unit.
