Setup and Care

Getting started:

The Basic Feet stand attaches to the base of the panel using the fixings supplied and the included installation guide. The stand footprint measures 613 x 157 mm, so check your furniture depth before positioning. VESA wall-mount pattern is 200 x 200 mm for a compatible third-party bracket.

Connecting your devices:

Use HDMI 1 for your primary source device if you need audio return channel (eARC) to a soundbar. All three HDMI ports support 4K at 60 Hz, so consoles, Blu-ray players, and streaming sticks can each have a dedicated port. The single USB-A port is best reserved for firmware updates or media playback from a USB drive.

Network and smart setup:

Connect via the LAN port for the most stable streaming experience, or use the built-in Wi-Fi 5 for wireless connection. The Tizen One UI first-run wizard guides you through Wi-Fi, Google or Samsung account sign-in, and voice assistant activation in a single flow. Samsung TV Plus provides free catch-up and live channels with no subscription required.

Keeping the set clean:

Wipe the screen gently with a soft, dry microfibre cloth in a single direction to avoid scratching the panel surface. Do not use liquid cleaners, solvent sprays, or abrasive cloths on the screen or bezel. The rear metal panel can be wiped with a lightly dampened cloth; ensure the TV is unplugged before cleaning.
