Setup and Care

Getting Started:

Attach the Simple Plus Blade stand before placing the TV on your furniture, or use the 300 x 200mm VESA mount pattern for wall installation. The on-screen Tizen setup guide walks through Wi-Fi connection, streaming account sign-in, and voice assistant activation in a few straightforward steps.

Connecting Your Devices:

Use any of the four HDMI 2.1 ports for consoles, set-top boxes, or a PC - all four support 4K at 120Hz. The eARC-enabled port (HDMI 1) is the best choice for a soundbar connection, allowing the TV to pass full Dolby Atmos audio back to the bar without a separate optical cable. Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) allows compatible devices to be controlled with the Samsung remote.

Getting the Best Picture:

The Glare Free panel is designed to reduce reflections in well-lit rooms, so natural light placement is less critical than with standard OLED screens. For gaming, enabling Game Bar activates AI Auto Game Mode, which selects the correct picture settings automatically when a console is detected. HDR10+ Adaptive adjusts brightness in real time based on the ambient light in the room.

Screen Care:

Clean the screen with a soft, dry microfibre cloth, working gently to avoid pressure on the OLED panel. Avoid liquid cleaners directly on the screen. Like all OLED displays, the S90H benefits from varied content use - the Pixel Shift and screen protection features built into Tizen help manage long-term panel health automatically.
