Setup and Care
Getting started:
Attach the Aero Linear stand using the fixings provided before placing the TV on a suitable surface. The HDMI eARC port is labelled on the rear panel and should be used for soundbar connection to enable Q-Symphony. First-time setup walks through Wi-Fi connection, Samsung account sign-in, and channel scan via the on-screen guide.
Wall mounting:
The QE55QN70H is compatible with VESA 200 x 200 mm wall mounts. At 13.8 kg without the stand and just 25.7 mm deep, the AirSlim chassis sits close to the wall. Use a mount rated for at least 20 kg and follow the bracket manufacturer's guidelines for stud or masonry fixing.
Screen care:
Wipe the screen with a soft, dry microfibre cloth using gentle strokes. Avoid spray cleaners, abrasive cloths, or any liquid applied directly to the panel. The bezel-less three-side frame design means care should be taken when handling the edges during installation.
Software updates:
The TV checks for Tizen OS updates automatically when connected to Wi-Fi. Samsung provides OS upgrade support for at least 7 years from 2026, with security updates confirmed until 31 December 2031. Updates can also be triggered manually via Settings - Support - Software Update.
