No. Samsung lists Dolby 2ch decoding and DTS Virtual:X on this 2.1 channel model, with no Atmos support. There are three speakers in total plus a wireless subwoofer. If Atmos matters, it needs a model in Samsung's range that lists it explicitly rather than this B-series bar.

What size is the Samsung HW-B450F and its subwoofer?

The bar measures 858.8 by 59 by 75mm at 1.8kg, and the wireless subwoofer 184 by 343 by 295mm at 4.9kg. Set weight including packaging is 8.5kg. Samsung includes a wall mount bracket in the box, so the bar can be sat on a unit or wall mounted without buying extra parts.

How does the Samsung HW-B450F connect to a television?

Through one HDMI output with ARC, an optical input, or Bluetooth 4.2. There is no HDMI input and no Wi-Fi on this model. USB music playback is supported. Note that Samsung lists ARC rather than eARC, which limits the bar to compressed surround formats over that link.
