Sandtex Microseal® technology creates a breathable, waterproof barrier on exterior masonry surfaces. It allows moisture within the wall to evaporate while blocking water penetration from outside, helping to prevent the damp-related damage that shortens the life of exterior paintwork. This balance of breathability and water resistance is what sets Microseal® apart from standard masonry coatings.

15-Year Guarantee and Lasting Durability:

Each 10-litre tub carries a 15-year manufacturer's guarantee, backed by Sandtex's 60 years of experience in exterior masonry protection. The formula resists peeling, flaking, and dirt build-up, while also protecting against mould and algae growth over an extended period. Two full coats applied to a clean, dry, sound surface will take up to 7 days to fully cure for maximum weatherability.
