Sandtex Microseal Ultra Smooth Masonry Paint uses Microseal® Technology to create a microporous coating that allows walls to breathe. Moisture can evaporate freely from within the wall while water ingress from outside is prevented, keeping the surface dry and the finish intact for longer.

Rainproof within 1 hour:

Once applied, this masonry paint becomes rainproof within just 1 hour, making it a practical choice for exterior work in unpredictable weather. Touch dry in 3 to 4 hours, it can be recoated the same day and reaches a full dry in 24 hours.

Slate Grey - a confident exterior colour:

Slate Grey is a mid to dark grey that works well on rendered, block-built and pebbledashed exteriors. The ultra smooth, matt finish gives a clean, consistent appearance across a wide range of masonry surfaces, from concrete and facing bricks to roughcast render.

Efficient coverage and a durable finish:

With a coverage rate of up to 16m² per litre, a single 5-litre tin covers up to 80m² - sufficient for a substantial exterior wall area in two coats.
