The water-repellent polyamide outer fabric means this jacket can be worn as a standalone outer layer on drier days, or as a close-fitting mid-layer beneath a waterproof shell when conditions deteriorate. Thumb-hole cuffs at the end of the long sleeves and a high collar with chin guard close off the gaps where cold air gets in.
