Setup and Care

Getting started:

Download the free soundcore app (Android 6.0+ or iOS) before first use to activate HearID™ 5.0 and set your personalised EQ profile. Android users can take advantage of Google Fast Pair for quick first-time pairing — simply open the case near your unlocked Android device. Voice commands (20 built-in) are supported in English, German, Japanese, and Chinese.

Connecting multiple devices:

The Liberty 5 Pro supports multipoint connection to up to three devices at the same time. Note that LDAC high-resolution audio is available when connected to one or two devices; connecting a third device will switch the codec to standard quality. To restore LDAC, disconnect back to two devices.

Charging your earbuds:

Place the earbuds in the case and charge via the USB-C port or by placing the case on any Qi-compatible wireless pad. The TFT touch display on the case shows the remaining battery percentage for both earbuds and the case itself. A 5-minute USB-C charge is enough to add up to 4 hours of listening time.

Keeping them clean:

Wipe the earbuds and case with a soft, dry cloth after use, particularly after gym sessions. The IP55 rating covers resistance to low-pressure water jets and dust ingress, but the earbuds should not be submerged or rinsed under a tap. Swap ear tips between the five included sizes to maintain a secure seal, as fit quality directly affects both ANC performance and bass response.
