Setup and Care

Getting started:

Download the Mi Fitness app on Android 8.0 or above, or iOS 12.0 or above. Open the app, create or log in to your Xiaomi account, and follow the on-screen pairing instructions via Bluetooth 5.3. The watch arrives with a charge, so you can begin the setup process straight away.

Charging your watch:

Attach the magnetic charging cable to the back of the watch and connect the USB-A end to a 5 V / 1 A or higher adapter. A full charge takes under 2 hours. The 18-day typical battery life means most users will charge the watch fewer than twice per month.

Water use:

The 5ATM water resistance rating makes the watch suitable for pool swimming and shallow beach swimming. Rinse the watch with fresh water after exposure to salt water or chlorine and allow it to dry naturally. The watch is not suitable for hot showers, saunas, or diving.

Strap and casing care:

Wipe the TPU strap and NCVM-coated frame with a soft, damp cloth to remove sweat, dust, or residue after exercise. The strap has passed sensitisation inspection for hypoallergenic materials on all contact surfaces. Replace the strap using the 20 mm standard fitting if required.
