Three machines, one system:

The Eufy Omni E28 combines a robot vacuum, a rolling-mop robot, and the FlexiOne™ Portable Deep Cleaner into a single unit that docks to the Omni Station between runs. The robot delivers 20,000 Pa of suction across hard floors and carpets, while the HydroJet™ rolling mop applies 1.5 kg of downward pressure at 180 RPM to scrub rather than simply damp-wipe. When the robot returns to the station, it self-empties into a 3-litre bag - enough for up to 75 days before you need to replace it.

A mop that cleans itself while it cleans your floor:

The HydroJet™ System draws from a 2.5-litre clean water tank and washes the roller 360 times per minute during the run itself, so dirty water is not dragged back across the floor. The mop lifts automatically by 10.5 mm when the robot transitions onto carpet, preventing wet transfer to pile. After the session, the Omni Station washes the mop with auto-dispensed detergent and hot-air dries it at 35-50°C to prevent mildew.

The FlexiOne™ Portable Deep Cleaner for the jobs the robot cannot reach:

When the robot docks, the front section detaches as a handheld FlexiOne™ Portable Deep Cleaner for stairs, upholstery, and spot messes on carpet or fabric that a robot cannot address. This is a distinct cleaning tool built into the station rather than an accessory sold separately.

Navigation that avoids obstacles rather than bumping past them:

iPath Laser Navigation maps your home room by room using LiDAR, while AI See™ Technology uses an RGB camera and LED illumination to identify and steer around more than 200 types of object, including cables, shoes, and smaller items left on the floor. The CornerRover™ Arm extends into wall corners, and the DuoSpiral™ Brushes are designed to lift hair from the brush roll rather than tangle around it. Stain recognition identifies more than 30 stain types and adjusts the mop behaviour accordingly.

Fully automated station maintenance:

The Omni Station handles self-emptying, self-washing of the mop, hot-air drying, automatic detergent dispensing, wastewater collection in a 1.8-litre tank, and self-refilling of the clean water supply. In practice this means the system requires minimal manual intervention between cleaning sessions. The clean water tank covers up to 180 sq m of mopped floor area per fill, and the robot runs for up to 216 minutes on a single charge in vacuum-only mode, or 125 minutes when vacuuming and mopping together.

Setup and Care

Getting started:

Position the Omni Station on a flat, hard surface with at least 0.5 m of clearance on each side and 1.5 m in front. Connect the station to the mains, fill the clean water tank, and download the eufy Clean app to complete Wi-Fi pairing and run an initial mapping session before your first clean.

Routine maintenance:

The Omni Station handles mop washing, drying, and detergent dispensing automatically after each run. Check the dirty water tank and empty it regularly, and replace the 3-litre dust bag when the app prompts you - typically every 75 days with average use.

Brush and filter care:

Remove the DuoSpiral™ Brushes and side brushes periodically and rinse them under running water. Clean the filter by tapping it gently to dislodge debris, or replace it as recommended in the eufy Clean app maintenance schedule.

Storage and downtime:

Leave the robot docked on the Omni Station when not in use so it remains charged and ready. If storing the unit for an extended period, empty both the clean and dirty water tanks fully and allow the mop roller to dry completely before closing the station.
