Setup and Care
Placement and ventilation:
Allow at least 10 cm of clearance on all sides of the TV for adequate airflow. The Essence Square Stand (1 Pole) is included for freestanding placement; VESA mounting holes (400 x 300 mm) are available for wall bracket installation.
First-time setup:
Connect the included power cable and attach the AI Magic Remote - the remote pairs automatically via Bluetooth on first use. The webOS 26 setup wizard guides you through Wi-Fi connection, streaming account sign-in, and initial AI personalisation settings.
Screen care:
Use a soft, dry microfibre cloth to clean the screen. Wipe gently in one direction and avoid applying pressure to the panel surface. Do not use spray cleaners, solvents, or abrasive materials directly on the display.
Software updates:
webOS 26 checks for software updates automatically when the TV is connected to the internet. Updates can also be initiated manually via Settings - Support - Software Update. LG's webOS Re:New Program provides up to five years of free OS upgrades, with security updates confirmed until 31 December 2030.
