Setup and Care

Getting Started:

Open the charging case near your Samsung Galaxy smartphone to trigger automatic pairing via the Galaxy Wearable app. The Galaxy Wearable app gives access to equaliser settings, ANC controls, touch gesture customisation, and firmware updates. For non-Samsung Android and iOS devices, pair via standard Bluetooth settings to access core playback and call features.

Fit and Ear Tips:

The Buds4 Pro come with three sizes of silicone ear tips (S, M, L), with medium pre-fitted. A proper seal is important for both ANC performance and audio quality, so try each size to find the most secure fit before extended use. The Galaxy Wearable app includes an ear tip fit test to confirm a good seal.

Charging and Battery Care:

Charge the case via the USB-C port on the base or place it on any Qi-compatible wireless charger. Store the earbuds in the case when not in use to keep them topped up between sessions. Avoid exposing the case to prolonged moisture, as the IP57 rating applies to the earbuds only.

Cleaning:

Wipe the earbuds with a soft, dry cloth after exercise or exposure to moisture. Remove ear tips periodically and clean the mesh grille gently with a dry cotton swab to maintain sound quality and hygiene. Do not use solvents, abrasive cloths, or submerge the charging case.
