The Dual Cook feature divides the 76-litre cavity into two independent zones using a physical divider, allowing you to cook two dishes simultaneously at different temperatures with no taste or smell transfer. Using only the upper half pre-heats 52% faster and saves over 25% on energy compared to using the full cavity practical for everyday smaller meals.

Air Sous Vide for Even, Thorough Results:

Air Sous Vide continuously senses and regulates the temperature in each cavity to maintain an even, consistent heat over an extended period. This results in thorough, tender, and juicy cooking without the need for vacuum-sealed bags or specialist equipment. It is one of 10 cooking functions available, alongside Conventional, Convection, Eco Convection, and Fan Grill modes.

Pyrolytic Cleaning at the Touch of a Button:

The Pyrolytic Cleaning function heats the cavity to a very high temperature, reducing grease and food residue to a fine ash that can be wiped away with a damp cloth. The ceramic enamel interior aids cleaning further between pyrolytic cycles. Steam cleaning is also available as an additional option for lighter maintenance.

SmartThings Cooking for Connected Kitchens:

Setup and Care

Installation:

This oven requires hardwiring to a 16 Amp fused spur and must be installed by a qualified electrician. Ensure the housing cabinet meets the minimum recess dimensions before installation. All packaging materials should be removed from the cavity before first use.

First Use:

Run the oven empty on the Convection function at 200 °C for approximately 30 minutes before cooking for the first time. This burns off any residual manufacturing oils and is a normal part of setting up a new oven. The Samsung SmartThings app can be downloaded and the oven registered during this initial period to activate the extended warranty offer.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

Use the Pyrolytic Cleaning cycle for deep cleaning the cavity heats to a very high temperature, reducing residue to ash which can be wiped away once the oven has fully cooled. For lighter maintenance between cycles, the Steam Clean function softens grease for easy removal. The ceramic enamel interior can be wiped with a damp cloth after each use.

Long-Term Care:

The telescopic runners should be removed and washed separately during cleaning cycles. The quadruple-glazed door panels can be detached for thorough cleaning refer to the user manual for the correct procedure. Regular use of the temperature probe will extend its accuracy; store it safely in the cavity when not in use.
