Samsung 76-Litre Dual Cook Flex Built-In Oven with Air Fry and Pyrolytic Cleaning

One Oven, Two Zones:

The Dual Cook Flex system divides the single 76-litre cavity into two independently controlled cooking zones using a hinged Flexible Door. Cook a roast at 200°C in the lower zone while baking at 160°C in the upper zone at the same time, without flavour transfer or temperature interference. When you need the full 76 litres, remove the divider and the oven operates as a single large compartment.

Air Fry and Air Sous Vide Built In:

The dedicated Air Fry function uses hot-air circulation with the included Air Fry Tray to crisp food without a separate countertop appliance. Air Sous Vide controls cavity temperature precisely to replicate the slow, low-temperature cooking method without water or vacuum bags, producing tender, evenly cooked results directly in the oven.

Pyrolytic Self-Cleaning:

The Pyrolytic Cleaning cycle heats the cavity to a high temperature, burning off grease and food residue and reducing it to a fine ash. Once the cycle is complete and the oven has cooled, the ash wipes away with a damp cloth. No scrubbing, no cleaning sprays, and no soaking trays are needed.

Natural Steam and 40 Cooking Functions:

The Natural Steam function uses a water tray placed on the oven floor to introduce moisture during cooking, helping to keep food tender and preventing crusts from drying out. Setup and Care

Installation:

This oven requires hard-wired electrical installation - no plug or cable is supplied. Professional installation by a qualified electrician is recommended. The required recess dimensions are 590mm (H) x 560mm (W) x 550mm (D).

First Use:

Before cooking for the first time, run the oven empty at 200°C for approximately 30 minutes using the Convection function to burn off any manufacturing residue. Allow the oven to cool fully before wiping the interior with a damp cloth.

Pyrolytic Cleaning:

Remove all trays, racks, and accessories from the cavity before starting a Pyrolytic Cleaning cycle. The door locks automatically during the cycle for safety and unlocks once the cavity has returned to a safe temperature. Wipe away the remaining ash with a damp cloth once cool.

SmartThings App Setup:

Download the SmartThings app on your iOS or Android device and follow the in-app instructions to connect the oven to your home Wi-Fi network. Register the product at samsung.com within 90 days of purchase to activate the extended 5-year parts and labour warranty.
