Setup and Care

Positioning and levelling:

Place the machine on a firm, level surface. Use the four adjustable feet (12 mm range) to ensure the machine sits stable and level before first use. The Anti Vibration™ sidewalls help reduce movement during high-speed spin cycles.

First use:

Connect the 2.1 m power cord to a standard 220–240 V / 50 Hz socket and attach the inlet hose to a cold water supply. Run a short Drum Clean cycle before loading laundry for the first time to rinse the drum and internal components.

Ongoing drum care:

The built-in Drum Clean programme with reminder keeps the drum fresh between washes. Run it as prompted, and leave the door slightly ajar between cycles to allow the drum interior to air out and prevent moisture build-up.

Registering your warranty:

Register your appliance at www.bosch-home.co.uk within 3 months of purchase to activate the full 5-year parts and labour warranty. Keep your proof of purchase safe as it will be required for any warranty claim.
