Full-colour night vision, no subscription:

Each eufyCam C35 camera uses eufy's PureColour Vision™ technology to capture clear, full-colour footage after dark without needing a spotlight or infrared glow. The 1/2.9-inch CMOS sensor and F1.2 aperture lens work together to produce detailed 1080p footage day and night, so you always have a clear record of activity around your home.

Local storage with the HomeBase Mini hub:

The included HomeBase Mini acts as the central hub for the system, handling AI processing, event management, and local footage storage. It has 8GB of built-in eMMC storage and supports a microSD card up to 1TB (not included), so all recordings stay on your own hardware with no monthly fee required. The HomeBase Mini connects to your router via the included ethernet cable and manages both cameras from a single app.

Wire-free and straightforward to install:

Each camera attaches magnetically for easy repositioning, or can be fixed permanently using the supplied screw mount. At 59 × 54.5 × 83 mm, the cameras are compact enough to place discreetly indoors or mount outdoors. The IP67 weatherproof rating means they handle rain and dust without issue. The 6,500mAh rechargeable battery provides up to one year per charge and tops up via the included USB-C cable in approximately 8 hours; a separately sold solar panel can also be connected for continuous off-grid power.

AI detection and Cross-Camera Tracking:

The eufyCam C35 is compatible with HomeBase Mini and HomeBase S380, but is not compatible with eufy HomeBase 2. On-device AI identifies humans, vehicles, and pets, and the system supports facial recognition. Cross-Camera Tracking links events spotted across both cameras into a single, continuous timeline clip, giving you the full picture of any movement around your property. Two customisable hexagonal active detection zones let you focus alerts on specific areas and reduce unnecessary notifications.

Two-way audio and smart home integration:

Each camera has a built-in microphone and speaker for two-way conversation via the eufy Security app. A manual or automatically triggered alarm is also available. The system works with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant for hands-free control. Individual cameras also accept a microSD card up to 256GB (not included) for on-camera backup storage alongside the HomeBase Mini.

Setup and Care

Getting started:

Download the eufy Security app and follow the in-app setup guide to add the HomeBase Mini and both cameras to your account. Connect the HomeBase Mini to your router using the included ethernet cable before powering it on. Once the hub is online, each camera pairs quickly via the app.

Placement and mounting:

Each camera can be positioned using the magnetic mount for easy repositioning, or fixed permanently with the screw bracket on any flat indoor or outdoor surface. The IP67 weatherproof rating makes the cameras suitable for exposed outdoor locations including eaves, fences, and walls. Choose locations that cover the entry points or areas you want to monitor, keeping the camera within range of your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.

Charging the cameras:

Charge each camera using the included USB-C cable connected to a 5V/2A source. A full charge takes approximately 8 hours and provides up to one year of typical use. For continuous outdoor power, a eufy solar panel (sold separately) can be connected directly to the camera's USB-C port.

Storage and firmware:

Insert a microSD card (up to 1TB, not included) into the HomeBase Mini to expand local storage capacity. Keep the eufy Security app updated to receive the latest firmware improvements for both the hub and cameras. All footage is stored locally on the HomeBase Mini; no cloud subscription is needed to access recordings.
