Triple-lens design covering wide angle and close-up from one mount:

Each eufy cam S4 in this kit combines a 4K fixed wide-angle bullet camera (130° field of view) with a dual-lens 2K pan-tilt-zoom unit on the same body. When the bullet camera detects movement, Bullet-to-PTZ Tracking automatically locks the PTZ lens onto the subject and follows them at up to 50 metres. Auto-Framing adjusts the zoom to keep individuals or groups fully in shot throughout.

Year-round solar charging with SolarPlus 2.0:

The 5.5W solar panel included with each camera uses SolarPlus™ 2.0 technology, which begins charging at just 2,500 lux - low enough to work through overcast Irish days. On battery power alone, each camera runs for approximately three months between charges, and the detachable solar panel can extend that indefinitely when mounted with a clear view of the sky. Plugging into a USB-C source (5V/3A or higher) switches each camera to continuous 24/7 recording mode.

BionicMind AI and local storage via HomeBase S380:

Connecting to the included HomeBase S380 unlocks BionicMind™ AI, which learns to recognise faces and distinguish family members from unfamiliar visitors. The HomeBase S380 holds 16 GB of built-in storage, expandable to up to 16 TB with a compatible HDD or SSD (not included), so all footage stays local with no monthly subscription needed. Cross-Cam Tracking links footage across both cameras when the AI identifies the same person moving between them.

On-device storage and flexible operation without the hub:

Setup and Care

Getting started:

Average installation time is 5-10 minutes per camera. Mount using the supplied bracket and positioning sticker, connect the HomeBase S380 to your router via the included Ethernet cable, then follow the eufy Security app to add both cameras to your network.

Solar panel positioning:

Mount the 5.5W solar panel in an area that receives at least some direct daylight each day. The detachable design and extension cable allow the panel to be angled independently of the camera body for the best exposure.

Storage expansion:

The HomeBase S380 accepts a standard 3.5-inch or 2.5-inch HDD or SSD (not included) to expand local recording capacity up to 16 TB. Each camera also accepts a microSD card up to 256 GB in its own slot for on-device recording.

Keeping the cameras clean:

Wipe the camera lens and housing with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust or water marks. Avoid abrasive materials or liquid cleaners on the lens surface. The IP65 rating means the camera can remain mounted outdoors in normal rain and dusty conditions without additional protection.
