One camera, two lenses, full coverage:

The Eufy PoE Cam S4 (T8E00321) is a triple-lens Bullet-PTZ security camera that puts a 4K fixed wide-angle bullet camera and a 2K+2K motorised PTZ unit into a single housing. The eufy s4 camera captures the whole scene in sharp 8MP detail across a 123.3° field of view, while the PTZ unit below it locks onto subjects and tracks them with 8x hybrid zoom and full 360° pan. This is the eufy cam s4 add-on unit, designed to work with the eufy NVR S4 system.

Auto-tracking from up to 50 metres:

When the bullet lens detects a person, vehicle or pet, the PTZ camera automatically zooms in and follows the subject with centred framing from up to 50 metres away. The PTZ tilts from 0° to 70° vertically and pans a full 360° horizontally, keeping moving subjects framed until they leave the camera's range. Live Cross-Cam AI Tracking extends this further by handing subjects off between two Bullet-PTZ Cams across larger areas.

Clear footage day and night:

Starlight Colour Night Vision uses AI-ISP processing to deliver full-colour nighttime images without requiring the spotlight to activate. Three night vision modes are available: Starlight, Spotlight, and Infrared, giving you control over how the camera responds in low light. HDR is enabled by default and helps capture licence plate detail and other high-contrast scenes.

Wired for round-the-clock recording:

A single PoE cable (IEEE 802.3af/at) carries both power and data, removing the need for a separate power supply at the mounting point. This eufy PoE camera supports 24/7 continuous recording to the NVR S4 with ultra-fast connection speeds and no dependence on Wi-Fi. The 18-metre Ethernet cable included in the box covers most standard installation runs.

AI detection and active deterrence:

On-device AI classifies detections as person, vehicle, pet or stranger to cut false alerts. When a threat is confirmed, the camera can activate its Red and Blue Strobe Lights and Smart Siren as an active deterrent. Two-way audio with full duplex means you can speak and listen at the same time through the camera.

Setup and Care

Installation:

Mount the bracket at the chosen location using the positioning sticker to mark drill points. Run the included 18m Ethernet cable from the camera to your eufy NVR S4 and connect - the PoE connection supplies both power and data through the same cable. The eufy app or NVR GUI will guide you through adding the camera to your existing system.

Weatherproofing:

The camera carries an IP65 rating, making it suitable for permanent outdoor installation. Fit the included waterproof cover pack over the cable connection point before finalising the install to maintain the IP65 seal.

Night vision settings:

Three night vision modes are available through the eufy app or NVR GUI: Starlight for colour images without a light source, Spotlight to activate the white light on detection, and Infrared for a more discreet low-light response. HDR is enabled by default and can be adjusted through the camera settings menu.

Maintenance:

Wipe the camera lens and housing with a soft, dry cloth to keep the image clear. Check the waterproof cover pack periodically to ensure the cable entry seal remains intact, particularly after severe weather.
