Two cameras, one unit - covering every corner:

The eufy S350 indoor security camera houses two completely separate optical systems in a single rotating body. The 4K (3840×2160) telephoto lens with 3× optical zoom handles close-up detail, while the 2K (2304×1296) wide-angle lens takes in up to 110° horizontal field of view. Together they deliver up to 8× hybrid zoom, so you can read a label or check a face at distance without losing clarity.

360-degree coverage with no blind spots:

A 355° horizontal pan and 75° vertical tilt means the S350 can monitor an entire room from a single mounting point. The camera can be set to patrol up to four preset positions automatically, cycling through your chosen viewpoints via the eufy Security app. AI Tracking uses eufy's own algorithm to follow a person or pet as they move through the frame, keeping the subject centred without manual adjustment.

Clear footage day and night:

Both lenses use an f/1.6 aperture, and two 850 nm infrared LEDs illuminate up to 12 metres for reliable night vision. Human detection is confirmed up to 9 metres, and face detection operates to just under that range. The camera records at 15 fps in H.265 or H.264 and includes a 4-second pre-buffer, so events are captured before the trigger point is reached.

Local storage and no monthly subscription required:

The S350 stores footage locally to a microSD card of up to 128 GB (sold separately) or to a HomeBase 3 or HomeBase S380 (firmware V3.3.2.6 and above). There is no compulsory monthly fee for local recording. Cloud storage is also available as an optional extra. All stored footage is encrypted using AES128, and communication is protected by AES128 plus RSA128.

Dual-Band Wi-Fi 6 and Privacy Mode:

The camera connects to both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands using Wi-Fi 6 with WPA3 encryption, giving a stable connection in busy wireless environments. Privacy Mode physically turns the camera away from the room and halts recording on command via the app, Alexa, or Google Assistant.

Setup and Care

Getting started:

Download the eufy Security app (iOS 11+ or Android 8.0+) and follow the in-app setup guide to connect the S350 to your home Wi-Fi. The camera supports both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks. Mount the camera on a flat wall or ceiling using the included wall mount and screw pack, then route the USB-C cable to the included power adapter.

Storage setup:

Insert a microSD card of up to 128 GB (Class 10 or higher recommended) into the card slot to enable local recording without a subscription. Alternatively, pair the S350 with a HomeBase 3 or HomeBase S380 (firmware V3.3.2.6 or above) for hub-based local storage. Cloud storage plans are available optionally through the eufy Security app.

App and smart home:

The eufy Security app allows you to set patrol points, configure AI detection zones, enable Privacy Mode, and view live or recorded footage remotely. Link the camera to Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant for voice control and live view on compatible smart displays.

Keeping the camera in good condition:

Wipe the camera body and lens covers with a soft, dry cloth when needed. Keep the USB-C port clear of dust and debris. The S350 is designed for indoor use only and should be kept within its operating temperature range of 0°C to 40°C.
